ONLINE COURIER SERVICE PAYMENT
After placing the order, you will be directed to the payment page. You will also be able to enter the COMPANY NAME and its FISCAL CODE if you want your shipment to be made by the company. Anyway, upon completion of the order, you will receive the tax invoice attached to the order email.

After placing the order, you will receive the shipping label by email (two labels if we are talking about an international shipment). Using the awb number on these labels, you can permanently track your shipment, from the moment it is picked up, by entering the number on the label here https://app.tceholding.ro

EXPEDIERI NELIVRATE, REFUZATE, RETURNATE
Expedierile nelivrate din diferite motive ca adresa incorecta sau incompleta, persoana lipsa sau din alte motive sunt intoarse in hub-ul de sortare. Acolo unde servicul retur este disponibil, veti fi contactat de un operator pentru a accepta costul de retur al expedierii nelivrate. In cazul unui refuz din partea dvs sau in lipsa unui raspuns, expedierea va fi abandonata in tara de destinatoie. In cazul acceptului expedierea este returnata catre dvs . Returul nu are un timp de tranzit garantata putand dura pana la 90 zile.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been picked up by the courier, please contact us in writing via email or phone with the order number or other identifying information.
I placed order. I need to call the courier? Once your order has been placed and you have received the shipping labels, the courier is automatically notified of the sender's address and contact details. All you need to do is properly prepare the package and wait to be contacted by the courier to collect your package.
